Villa Construction was invited to bid and was selected as the concrete contractor for a new Center for the Arts building located on the campus of Princeton University.  The structure was large-scale and included many different facets of concrete construction.  Notwithstanding the extensive Architectural Concrete involved, the structure included post-tension, structural concrete columns, beams and slabs, polished concrete, and kinetic flooring.
