Villa was selected by Andron Construction to perform the architectural concrete work for the new Center for Wellness building.  The building, designed by icon.5 architects, required extensive architectural concrete work including an enclosed swimming facility.  The project won numerous awards architecturally.  Villa's work was also recognized by the Concrete Industry Board and presented with the Roger H. Corbetta Award of Merit with Special Recognition.
