Villa is currently under contract to perform concrete work at the Cross County Center; a major open-air shopping mall located in Yonkers NY. The scope of work will consist of concrete pile caps, grade beams, structural slabs along with other miscellaneous concrete work. This new addition is a testament to the Owner’s vision and who’s investment is vital in supporting businesses and the local economy with the creation of thousands of construction and retail jobs.
