Villa is currently under contract to perform concrete work to upgrade the Wastewater Treatment Facility.  The concrete work includes a Sludge Tank, Headworks Building, Control Building, Sand Filter Building, and EQ Tank.  This important facility will help support the town’s current needs and future expansion.
